Dr. Joy Fleming reads from Della Olson's book, "A Woman of Her Times." The subtitle is, "Stories of women who dared to place obedience to the commands of Christ above submission to the traditions of men." She recounts the stories of women who were leaders in ministry in Scandinavia and around the world in the 1800's and 1900's even though some wanted to restrict them from ministry. Della Olson was an executive, an editor, and an author as well as mother and wife of Dr. Arnold T. Olson, President of the Evangelical Free Church of America.
